ABOUT US
The Construction Education Foundation is designated as an authorized OSHA Training Institute Education Center (OTIEC) for OSHA Region Eight, and assumes the overall responsibilities as the lead organization for a six state regional partnership including Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Utah. Responsibilities include all authorized occupational, safety and health training to advance safe and healthful workplaces for private and public sector workers, supervisors, and employers on behalf of OSHA.
OSHA REGION EIGHT
The CEF Colorado OTI Education Center is a consortium that consists of a regional team of eight AGC chapters across six states plus the Home Builders Association of Colorado Springs and the Contractor’s Elite Safety Association in Northern Colorado. This coalition brings together commercial, residential and heavy civil businesses and provides ten physical training and educational facilities and includes the organizations listed below:

CEF TRAINING CENTER LOCATION
CEF will host the OTIEC and will teach OSHA courses in the newly revamped 27,000 square foot building, located at:

The CEF Training Center is comprised of ten classrooms, five construction labs and an outdoor area – all for classroom, virtual and hands-on education and training. The facility will also soon be hosting a in-person and virtual sustainable building certificate program for high school students and adults as well as additional in-demand accelerated apprenticeships for the construction industry.
